Cormas is agent-based modeling pointed at the commons: a platform for simulating how people and ecosystems interact around shared resources — water, forests, fisheries — and, crucially, built for companion modeling, where the stakeholders themselves help build and play the model. It’s simulation as a negotiation table rather than an oracle: a way for a community to reason together about how to govern a resource they all depend on.
