Triage tools hold the frame still and parade tasks past it. This does the opposite. The task holds still at the centre and the world moves. Days run left to right, hours curl over a drum top to bottom, and you drag the paper until the slot shadow lands somewhere sensible. Conflicts and a missed deadline show up as labels under the card. Enter commits, which embosses the task onto the paper rather than throwing the card away, and the next task from the queue takes its place.
The feel lives in about twenty numbers at the top of the source: drum radius, spring stiffness, how far a fling carries.
